Cancellation and Return


We will begin processing your order as soon as you place it. You can cancel or change your order before it goes through the painting process. Once your order goes through the painting process, it cannot be canceled.


We are dedicated to providing high-quality products with a 100% guarantee of your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it within 365 days of arrival for a full refund of the price of the painting, minus shipping and handling fees.


Shipping fees will only be refunded when the return is for a damaged painting upon arrival. In all other circumstances, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. Custom orders are not covered by this guarantee and cannot be returned for a refund, as they cannot be sold to other customers. Returned paintings must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included in the shipment to receive a full refund. We are unable to exchange or provide a refund for returned paintings that do not match the condition of your original order. We strongly recommend that you return your painting via a traceable method.


Once we receive the returned painting, we will credit your original payment method. You can expect to receive a refund within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned painting. This is due to product inspection in our returns studio (up to 5 business days) as well as from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). We will notify you of the refund details via email and issue the refund with the payment method you used to place your order.
